We aim for a perfect clean while keeping things fair for everyone. Louies Cleaning LLC is not responsible for accidental damage to home surfaces or personal items during a visit. Likewise, if our standard cleaning tools or equipment happen to break while we are working, you are not held liable. We believe in a balanced approach that protects your home and our team alike.
Refund Policy
All payments made online to Louies Cleaning LLC are non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Our flat rate of $24/hour helps keep pricing simple and affordable, and we schedule your cleaner specifically for your time slot. If you have questions about your service before booking, please contact us so we can help you choose the right option.
COMMUNICATION
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your appointment one time at no extra charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be treated as a new booking and charged accordingly. Same-day cleanings cannot be booked online.
