Conversely, should our professional tools sustain damage during the appointment, you will not be responsible for repair costs. To prioritize well-being, we kindly reserve the right to decline or end a session if conditions seem unsafe or are not a compatible match.
Last-Minute Booking Policy
Last-minute bookings (approved within 24 hours of the appointment time) must be paid online in full to secure your spot. If payment is not received promptly, your booking may be released to another client. Thank you for understanding and helping me serve all families fairly.Â

Monthly plans with Louies Cleaning LLC provide flexibility and ease for your home care. Your subscription payment is processed automatically on the same date every month, but you remain in full control with the ability to cancel your service at any time. Following each successful payment, keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email. This message allows you to conveniently verify or modify your scheduled cleaning dates for the upcoming month to ensure our visit perfectly aligns with your lifestyle. Please note that while we offer this scheduling flexibility, our standard policy remains that all processed payments are final and non-refundable.

Life happens and schedules shift. You are welcome to change your time slot once for free provided you give at least 24 hours of notice.
